Jack Burpee

The Jack Burpee is a fast, full-body exercise. It combines a squat, a push-up, and a big jump into one movement. This exercise gets your heart beating fast and strengthens many muscles at the same time.

How to Perform

  1. 1Stand up tall with your feet apart.
  2. 2Squat down and put your hands flat on the floor in front of you.
  3. 3Kick your feet back so your body is straight, like a plank.
  4. 4Lower your chest to the floor for a push-up, then push back up.
  5. 5Jump your feet forward so they land near your hands.
  6. 6Jump straight up into the air and reach your arms high.
  7. 7Land gently and immediately squat down to start again.
