Hanging Oblique Knee Raise

This is a tummy exercise. You hang from a bar and pull your knees up high. While lifting your knees, you twist your body to the side. This works your stomach muscles and the sides of your waist.

How to Perform

  1. 1Hold onto a bar with your arms straight. Make sure your palms face away from you.
  2. 2Tighten your tummy muscles. Lift your knees up toward your chest and twist your body to the side at the same time.
  3. 3Stop for a second at the top. Then, slowly lower your legs back down until they are straight.
  4. 4Do the same thing again, but twist your body to the other side.
  5. 5Keep switching sides until you have done as many as you want.
