Full Planche Push-up

This is a very hard exercise that uses your own body weight. It works your chest, shoulders, arms, and tummy muscles. You need to be very strong and have good balance. You do a push-up while holding your whole body up in the air using only your hands.

How to Perform

  1. 1Get into a push-up shape. Put your hands on the floor a little wider than your shoulders.
  2. 2Tighten your tummy muscles. Lower your body toward the floor while keeping your elbows close to your sides.
  3. 3As you go down, lean forward and lift your feet off the floor so you are balancing only on your hands.
  4. 4Keep going down until your chest is almost touching the ground.
  5. 5Push hard with your hands to straighten your arms and lift your body back up to where you started.
  6. 6Keep your body straight like a line from your head to your heels the whole time.
  7. 7Do this again for as many times as you need.
