Full Planche

This is a hard bodyweight exercise that needs a lot of strength and balance. You hold your body flat in the air above the ground, balancing only on your hands.

How to Perform

  1. 1Get into a push-up shape. Put your hands on the floor shoulder-width apart with your fingers pointing forward.
  2. 2Tighten your tummy muscles. Slowly lean your body forward and lift your feet off the floor.
  3. 3Keep leaning forward until your whole body is flat like a table, balancing just on your hands.
  4. 4Hold this shape for as long as you can. Keep your body straight.
  5. 5Slowly put your feet back down on the ground and return to where you started.
  6. 6Repeat this for as many times as you need.
