Front Plank With Twist

This is a tummy exercise that also works your sides and shoulders. You will hold your body straight like a board and turn your upper body to one side. This helps you balance better.

How to Perform

  1. 1Get into a push-up position with your arms straight and hands right under your shoulders.
  2. 2Tighten your tummy and bottom muscles to keep your body steady.
  3. 3Turn your upper body to the right and reach your right arm straight up to the sky.
  4. 4Keep your hips and legs still while you turn.
  5. 5Stay there for a second, then put your hand back down on the floor.
  6. 6Do the same turn on the left side.
  7. 7Keep switching sides for as many times as you want.
