Forward Jump

This is a jumping exercise that strengthens your thigh muscles, calves, and bottom. To do it, you squat down, jump forward with power, and land gently before doing it again.

How to Perform

  1. 1Stand tall with your feet as wide as your shoulders.
  2. 2Bend your knees to lower your body like you are sitting in a chair.
  3. 3Swing your arms backward to help you move.
  4. 4Jump forward hard by straightening your legs and body.
  5. 5Land gently on the front part of your feet and go right into the next jump.
  6. 6Do this as many times as needed.
