Ez Barbell Reverse Grip Preacher Curl

This exercise works your bicep muscles and helps your forearms. You do it while sitting on a special seat called a preacher bench. You use an EZ curl bar and hold it with your palms facing up.

Ez Barbell Reverse Grip Preacher Curl demonstration

How to Perform

  1. 1Sit on the preacher bench. Press your chest against the pad and keep your feet flat on the floor.
  2. 2Hold the EZ bar with your palms facing up. Keep your hands as wide apart as your shoulders.
  3. 3Rest the backs of your upper arms on the pad. Let your lower arms hang down.
  4. 4Keep your upper arms still. Breathe out and lift the bar up toward your shoulders.
  5. 5Hold still for a second at the top. Breathe in and slowly lower the bar back to where you started.
  6. 6Do this again for the number of times you want.
