Ez Barbell Decline Triceps Extension

This exercise works your triceps muscles using a curved bar. You lie on a bench that slants down, so your head is lower than your feet. You must move carefully to stay safe and protect your elbows and shoulders.

How to Perform

  1. 1Lie down on the slanted bench with your head lower than your feet and lock your feet in place.
  2. 2Grab the curved bar with your palms facing away from you, keeping your hands as wide as your shoulders.
  3. 3Push your arms straight up and keep your elbows tight near your head.
  4. 4Bend your elbows to slowly lower the bar down toward your forehead.
  5. 5Stop for a short moment, then push your arms back up to where you started.
  6. 6Do this again for the number of times you need.
