Ez Barbell Anti Gravity Press

This shoulder exercise is done while standing with an EZ barbell. It helps strengthen your shoulders, chest, and the back of your arms. You simply push the bar up over your head from your shoulder level.

How to Perform

  1. 1Stand up straight with your feet apart. Hold the EZ barbell so your palms face forward.
  2. 2Lift the bar up to your shoulders. Keep your elbows bent just a little bit.
  3. 3Push the bar up over your head until your arms are straight.
  4. 4Lower the bar back down to your shoulders slowly. Do this again for as many times as you need.
