Ez Bar Reverse Grip Bent Over Row

This exercise works your upper back muscles. It also helps strengthen your biceps and forearms. You will bend forward and pull a curved barbell toward your lower chest using an underhand grip.

Ez Bar Reverse Grip Bent Over Row demonstration

How to Perform

  1. 1Stand with your feet as wide as your shoulders and bend your knees a little.
  2. 2Hold the bar with your palms facing up. Keep your hands as wide as your shoulders.
  3. 3Lean forward at your hips. Keep your back straight and your chest up until your body is almost flat like a table.
  4. 4Pull the bar up to your lower chest and squeeze your shoulder blades together.
  5. 5Stop for a second at the top, then slowly lower the bar back down.
  6. 6Do this again for the number of times you need.
