Exercise Ball Seated Triceps Stretch

This exercise is a stretch you do while sitting on a stability ball. It uses a weight to help make your triceps muscles and shoulders more flexible.

Exercise Ball Seated Triceps Stretch demonstration

How to Perform

  1. 1Sit on the stability ball with your feet flat on the floor and keep your back straight.
  2. 2Hold a dumbbell in one hand and reach that arm straight up toward the sky.
  3. 3Bend your elbow to lower the weight behind your head, keeping the top part of your arm close to your ear.
  4. 4Hold this position for a few seconds, then lift your arm back up to where you started.
  5. 5Do the same steps with your other arm.
