Dumbbell Sumo Pull Through demonstration

How to Perform

  1. 1Stand tall with your feet placed wider than your shoulders and turn your toes outward.
  2. 2Hold one dumbbell with both hands, letting your arms hang straight down in front of you.
  3. 3Keep your back straight, bend your knees, and sit your hips down into a squat.
  4. 4Lower the weight down between your legs while keeping your arms straight.
  5. 5Push firmly into your heels and thrust your hips forward to stand up, bringing the weight up and forward.
  6. 6Tighten your glute muscles at the top, then slowly lower the weight back down between your legs.
  7. 7Repeat these steps for your chosen number of reps.
