Dumbbell Straight Arm Pullover

This exercise works your chest, back, and arm muscles. You lie on a bench and hold a weight with both hands. Keep your arms straight as you move the weight in a circle shape over your head and behind it.

Dumbbell Straight Arm Pullover demonstration

How to Perform

  1. 1Lie on a bench with your head at the edge and your feet flat on the floor.
  2. 2Hold the dumbbell with two hands and reach your arms straight up over your chest.
  3. 3Keep your arms straight and slowly lower the weight behind your head in a curved path.
  4. 4Wait for a moment, then lift the weight back up to where you started.
  5. 5Do this again for as many times as you need.
