Dumbbell Scott Press

This is a seated exercise for your shoulders. You sit on a bench and push weights straight up over your head to work your deltoid muscles.

How to Perform

  1. 1Sit on a bench with a weight in each hand. Make sure your palms look forward.
  2. 2Lift the weights up to your shoulders. Keep your elbows bent and your palms facing forward.
  3. 3Push the weights straight up until your arms are fully straight.
  4. 4Stop for a short moment at the top. Then, slowly lower the weights back down to your shoulders.
  5. 5Do this again for as many times as you need.
