This chest exercise also works your back and arms. You lie on an exercise ball, hold a weight over your chest, lower it behind your head, and then lift it back up.

How to Perform

  1. 1Sit on the ball and hold the dumbbell with both hands straight up over your chest.
  2. 2Slowly lower the weight behind your head while keeping your arms straight.
  3. 3Wait for a second, then lift the weight back up to where you started.
  4. 4Do this again for the number of times you want.
