Dumbbell Kickbacks On Exercise Ball

This is a triceps exercise done while sitting on a stability ball. Sitting on the ball requires you to balance, which works your core muscles. The main goal is to strengthen the back of your arms, but your shoulders and back help too.

Dumbbell Kickbacks On Exercise Ball demonstration

How to Perform

  1. 1Sit on the exercise ball with your feet flat on the floor and keep your back straight.
  2. 2Hold a dumbbell in each hand with your palms facing each other and bend your elbows to 90 degrees.
  3. 3Push your hands straight back until your arms are fully extended, squeezing the back of your arms at the top.
  4. 4Stop for a short moment, then slowly lower the weights back to the start.
  5. 5Repeat this movement for your chosen number of repetitions.
