Dumbbell Fly On Exercise Ball

This is a chest workout done while lying on a bouncy exercise ball. Because the ball moves around, your tummy muscles must work hard to keep you steady. It mainly strengthens your chest, but it also helps your shoulders and the back of your arms.

How to Perform

  1. 1Sit on the exercise ball while holding a weight in each hand.
  2. 2Walk your feet forward and roll your body down until your head, neck, and upper back are resting on the ball.
  3. 3Hold your arms straight up over your chest with your palms facing each other.
  4. 4Bend your elbows a tiny bit and lower your arms out wide to the sides until you feel a stretch in your chest.
  5. 5Stop for a second, then bring the weights back up to the top and squeeze your chest muscles.
  6. 6Do this again for as many times as you need.
