How to Perform

  1. 1Sit on a bench or chair. Keep your feet flat on the floor and your back straight.
  2. 2Hold a dumbbell in one hand with your palm facing up. Rest your lower arm on your leg.
  3. 3Let the dumbbell roll down to your fingertips. Then, curl your fingers to pull it back up.
  4. 4Do this for the right number of times, then switch to the other hand.
