Dumbbell Decline Twist Fly

This is a chest exercise you do while lying on a bench that tilts down. You lower weights out to your sides while twisting your wrists. This movement helps stretch and squeeze your chest muscles while also working your shoulders and the back of your arms.

How to Perform

  1. 1Lie on a decline bench with your head lower than your hips.
  2. 2Hold a weight in each hand with your arms straight up and palms facing each other.
  3. 3Slowly lower the weights out to your sides until your chest feels a stretch.
  4. 4As you lower them, turn your wrists so your palms face forward at the bottom.
  5. 5Lift the weights back up to the start, untwisting your wrists and squeezing your chest muscles.
