How to Perform

  1. 1Lie on the tilted bench. Make sure your head is lower than your hips and your feet are locked tight so you do not slide.
  2. 2Hold a weight in each hand. Push your arms straight up over your chest so your palms are facing away from your face.
  3. 3Slowly lower the weights down to the sides of your chest. Bend your elbows so they make a square corner shape.
  4. 4Push the weights back up until your arms are straight again.
  5. 5Do this again for as many times as you need to.
