Dumbbell Biceps Curl (with Arm Blaster)

This is a bicep muscle exercise that uses dumbbells and a special support tool called an arm blaster. The arm blaster helps keep your arms locked in place so you cannot swing them, forcing your biceps to do all the work.

Dumbbell Biceps Curl (with Arm Blaster) demonstration

How to Perform

  1. 1Stand tall holding a dumbbell in each hand with your palms facing forward.
  2. 2Rest the back of your upper arms firmly against the arm blaster pads.
  3. 3Breathe out and lift the weights up by bending your elbows, squeezing your biceps hard at the top.
  4. 4Hold the top position for a moment to feel the muscle working.
  5. 5Breathe in and slowly lower the weights back down to the start.
