This is a strength exercise for your upper and lower arms. You hold dumbbells with your palms facing the floor. This helps make your arm muscles stronger.

Dumbbell Biceps Curl Reverse demonstration

How to Perform

  1. 1Stand tall with a dumbbell in each hand. Let your arms hang down straight with your palms facing the floor.
  2. 2Keep your upper arms still against your sides. Breathe out and bend your elbows to lift the weights up.
  3. 3Keep lifting until the weights are up near your shoulders.
  4. 4Stop at the top for a short moment and squeeze your arm muscles.
  5. 5Breathe in and slowly lower the weights back down to the starting position.
  6. 6Do this again for the number of times you want.
