This exercise mixes a lunge, a bicep curl, and a twist into one move. It works your arms, legs, and stomach muscles all at the same time to help with balance and strength.

Dumbbell Bicep Curl Lunge With Bowling Motion demonstration

How to Perform

  1. 1Stand tall with your feet apart. Hold a weight in each hand with your palms facing forward.
  2. 2Step forward with your right foot. Bend your knees to lower your body down.
  3. 3While you lower yourself, lift the weights up to your shoulders. Keep your elbows close to your sides.
  4. 4When you are down low, twist your upper body to the right like you are bowling a ball.
  5. 5Step back to the starting spot and lower the weights down.
  6. 6Do the same steps again, but this time twist your body to the left.
  7. 7Keep switching sides for as many times as you want.
