Dumbbell Arnold Press V. 2

This is a shoulder exercise where you push dumbbells over your head while turning your wrists. It works your shoulder muscles, the back of your arms, and your upper chest.

How to Perform

  1. 1Sit on a bench that supports your back. Hold a dumbbell in each hand at shoulder height, with your palms facing you and elbows bent.
  2. 2Push the weights up until your arms are straight and your palms face forward.
  3. 3Turn your wrists as you lift, so your palms face forward when you reach the top.
  4. 4Wait for a moment at the top, then slowly bring the weights back down to where you started.
  5. 5Do this again for the number of times you want.
