Decline Push-up

This bodyweight exercise works your chest muscles by placing your feet up high, which makes it harder than a normal push-up. It also uses the muscles in your shoulders and the back of your arms.

How to Perform

  1. 1Put your hands on the floor a little wider than your shoulders and rest your feet on a steady object.
  2. 2Tighten your stomach muscles and keep your body in a straight line from your head to your toes.
  3. 3Bend your elbows to lower your chest toward the floor, keeping your arms close to your sides.
  4. 4Push the floor away with your hands to straighten your arms and go back to where you started.
  5. 5Do this again for as many times as you want.
