Crunch Floor

The floor crunch is a well-known exercise for your tummy. You do it while lying on your back. It makes your abs stronger and you do not need any special tools.

How to Perform

  1. 1Lie down on your back. Bend your knees and put your feet flat on the floor.
  2. 2Put your hands behind your head. Keep your elbows pointing out to the sides.
  3. 3Tighten your tummy muscles. Lift your shoulders off the floor and curl up toward your knees.
  4. 4Stop for a second at the top. Then, slowly lower your shoulders back down to the floor.
  5. 5Do this again for as many times as you need.
