Circles Knee Stretch demonstration

How to Perform

  1. 1Stand with your feet as wide as your shoulders and put your hands on your hips.
  2. 2Bend your knees a little and lift your heels so you are balancing on the balls of your feet.
  3. 3Keep your knees bent and gently rotate them in a circle, going one way first and then the other.
  4. 4Repeat this motion for as many times as you need.
