Chest And Front Of Shoulder Stretch

This stretch works the muscles in your chest and the front of your shoulders. You do it by crossing your arms in front of you and pressing your palms together.

Chest And Front Of Shoulder Stretch demonstration

How to Perform

  1. 1Stand up straight. Set your feet as wide as your shoulders.
  2. 2Reach your arms straight out in front of you. Keep them at shoulder level.
  3. 3Cross your arms in front of your body. Put your right arm over your left arm.
  4. 4Lock your fingers together. Press your palms against each other.
  5. 5Lightly squeeze your shoulder blades together. Push your hands forward. Feel the stretch in your chest and front shoulders.
  6. 6Hold this position for 20 to 30 seconds. Then let go.
  7. 7Do this again as many times as you want.
