A simple chair exercise to stretch your thigh muscles. While sitting, straighten one leg out and lean forward to feel the stretch.

How to Perform

  1. 1Sit at the front of a chair with your back straight and feet flat on the floor.
  2. 2Straighten one leg out in front of you so your heel touches the ground.
  3. 3Lean forward a little bit until you feel a stretch in your thigh.
  4. 4Stay in this position for 20 to 30 seconds.
  5. 5Switch to the other leg and do the same thing.
