Cable Standing Back Wrist Curl

This forearm exercise uses a cable machine to strengthen the muscles on the top of your wrists. It is a simple movement where you stand up and curl your wrists backward against resistance.

Cable Standing Back Wrist Curl demonstration

How to Perform

  1. 1Stand in front of a cable machine with your feet apart for balance.
  2. 2Grab the handle with your palms facing down.
  3. 3Keep your arms straight down and your elbows touching your sides.
  4. 4Slowly bend your wrists up to pull the handle toward you.
  5. 5Hold for a second at the top, then slowly lower the handle back down.
  6. 6Do this for as many times as your workout requires.
