Cable Seated Overhead Curl

This is a bicep exercise you do while sitting at a cable machine. It focuses on making your arm muscles work hard by moving slowly and smoothly without swinging.

How to Perform

  1. 1Sit on the bench and face the machine with your feet flat on the floor.
  2. 2Hold the handle with your palms facing up and keep your hands as wide as your shoulders.
  3. 3Keep your upper arms still and hold your elbows tight against your sides.
  4. 4Breathe out and pull the handle up to your shoulders while squeezing your bicep muscles.
  5. 5Stop for a second at the top and squeeze your muscles tightly.
  6. 6Breathe in and slowly let the handle go back down until your arms are straight.
  7. 7Do this again for as many times as you planned.
