How to Perform

  1. 1Sit on an exercise ball and hold the cable handle with your palms facing up.
  2. 2Reach your arms straight up over your head. Keep your elbows right next to your ears.
  3. 3Slowly pull the cable down toward your forehead by bending your elbows. Keep the top part of your arms still.
  4. 4Stop for a second when your hands are near your forehead, then slowly go back to the start.
  5. 5Do this as many times as you need to.
