Cable Decline Fly

The cable decline fly creates a workout for the lower part of your chest. You use a cable machine with the handles set high to pull downwards. This movement stretches and squeezes your chest muscles by moving your arms in a smooth, controlled way.

How to Perform

  1. 1Set the cable pulleys to a high position so you can pull down.
  2. 2Stand with your back to the machine and your feet apart.
  3. 3Hold the handles with your palms facing forward and your arms reaching straight out in front of your body.
  4. 4Keep your elbows slightly bent, then slowly open your arms wide to the sides.
  5. 5Stop for a second when your arms are fully open, then slowly bring your arms back to the front.
  6. 6Do this again for as many times as you need.
