How to Perform

  1. 1Stand comfortably with feet shoulder-width apart and knees soft, gripping a towel in one hand.
  2. 2Lean forward from your hips, ensuring your back remains flat and your stomach muscles are tight.
  3. 3Draw the towel up toward your chest, pinching your shoulder blades together as you pull.
  4. 4Hold briefly at the top, then slowly lower your hand back to the start.
  5. 5Complete your set, then switch hands and repeat.
