Bodyweight Side Lying Biceps Curl

This exercise targets your biceps while you lie on your side. It uses your own body weight to create resistance. It mainly works your biceps but also uses your forearms.

Bodyweight Side Lying Biceps Curl demonstration

How to Perform

  1. 1Lie on your side with your legs straight. Rest your head on your bottom arm.
  2. 2Keep your upper arm close to your side. Bend your elbow to bring your forearm up toward your shoulder.
  3. 3Wait for a second at the top. Then, slowly lower your forearm back to the start.
  4. 4Do this for as many repetitions as you want.
