How to Perform

  1. 1Stand with your feet as wide as your shoulders and hold the bar in front of your legs with your palms facing your body.
  2. 2Keep your back straight and tighten your stomach muscles.
  3. 3Slowly lift the bar up in front of you with straight arms and palms facing down.
  4. 4Keep lifting until the bar is just a little higher than your shoulder height.
  5. 5Hold it there for a second, then slowly lower the bar back to where you started.
  6. 6Do this again for as many times as you need.
