How to Perform

  1. 1Stand with your feet as wide as your shoulders and hold the barbell in front of your legs with your palms facing your body.
  2. 2Bend your knees a little and lean forward at your hips, keeping your back flat and your chest lifted.
  3. 3At the same time, pull the barbell up toward your shoulders and do a little jump off the floor.
  4. 4When the bar reaches the top, quickly move it back down the same way to where you started.
  5. 5Do this again for as many times as you need.
