Barbell Seated Behind Head Military Press demonstration

How to Perform

  1. 1Sit on a bench with your back straight and feet flat on the floor.
  2. 2Grab the bar with your hands a little wider than your shoulders.
  3. 3Take the bar off the rack and lower it behind your head to shoulder level.
  4. 4Push the bar straight up until your arms are straight.
  5. 5Lower the bar back down to the starting spot behind your head.
  6. 6Repeat this for the number of times you want.
