This is a hard exercise for your tummy muscles that also works your lower back. You need to be very strong and steady to do it safely.

How to Perform

  1. 1Get on your knees on the floor. Hold the barbell with both hands, keeping them as wide as your shoulders.
  2. 2Push the bar forward to straighten your arms. Keep your tummy muscles tight.
  3. 3Keep rolling forward until your body is flat and your arms are above your head.
  4. 4Stop for a second. Then, slowly pull the bar back to your knees while staying in control.
  5. 5Do this again for as many times as you want.
