Barbell Jm Bench Press

The barbell JM bench press is a special arm exercise that works your triceps. It mixes a close-grip bench press with a triceps extension. To do it, you lie on a bench, bring the bar down toward your neck with your elbows tucked in, and then push it back up.

How to Perform

  1. 1Lie on your back on a flat bench with your feet on the floor.
  2. 2Hold the bar with your hands a little wider than your shoulders.
  3. 3Lower the bar slowly toward your upper chest or neck area while keeping your elbows tucked close to your sides.
  4. 4Push the bar straight back up until your arms are fully straight.
  5. 5Repeat these steps for your set.
