Barbell Front Raise

The barbell front raise works your shoulder muscles. You do this by holding a bar in front of your legs and lifting it straight up to your shoulders.

How to Perform

  1. 1Stand with your feet apart. Hold the bar in front of your legs with your palms facing your body.
  2. 2Keep your arms straight. Lift the bar up in front of you until it is as high as your shoulders.
  3. 3Stop for a second at the top. Then, slowly lower the bar back down to your legs.
  4. 4Do this again for as many times as you need.
