Dumbbell Lunge

This lower-body exercise strengthens your legs and bottom. You hold weights in your hands while stepping forward and lowering your hips. Then, you push back to where you started and switch to the other leg.

How to Perform

  1. 1Stand tall with your feet apart, holding a weight in each hand.
  2. 2Step forward with your right foot and lower your body down.
  3. 3Keep your back straight and your chest lifting up as you go down.
  4. 4Push off your right heel to stand back up.
  5. 5Do the same thing with your left leg.
  6. 6Keep switching legs for as many times as you need.
