How to Perform

  1. 1Set the machine to the weight you need. Remember, more weight makes it easier.
  2. 2Hold the parallel handles so your palms face each other.
  3. 3Step onto the machine and kneel on the pad.
  4. 4Let your arms hang straight down so you feel a stretch.
  5. 5Pull yourself up until your chin is higher than your hands.
  6. 6Pause for a second at the top.
  7. 7Slowly lower yourself back down until your arms are straight again.
  8. 8Repeat this for your set.
